As a construction company sometimes a little noise and dust are unavoidable. However, we do take additional precautions to ensure that it’s limited. We create containment walls to prevent dust and debris particles from leaving the construction space; we cover furniture, or even move furniture so that you don’t have to! We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the job site and take the time to do a thorough sweeping daily.

2. How long does building a home take?

The time it takes to build a home can vary depending on a multitude of factors including the number of rooms and floors, what amenities and features you’re looking for, and the weather to name a few. On average it typically takes about 6 months to a year to from design to completion of the build.

Smith & Salmons ensures doors being shut, gates, getting locked, & debris getting cleaned up to keep your pet(s) safe.
